By creating an account, accessing, or using the LIVON platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. You are responsible for confirming that using the Platform, purchasing LIVON, and participating in staking or referral rewards is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform may restrict access from certain countries or regions at its discretion.
3. Nature of the Token
LIVON is described as a utility token intended for use within the ecosystem described on this site. Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, and nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own research and consult independent professional advisors before acquiring or staking LIVON.
4. Account Registration & KYC
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. Certain actions — including withdrawing open LIVON to an external wallet — require completed identity verification ("KYC"). We may request government-issued identification and a selfie for this purpose, and may approve, reject, or request resubmission of KYC documents at our discretion.
5. Purchases & Pricing
The LIVON price shown on the Platform reflects the current reference rate at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Purchases are final once confirmed; tokens are credited to your account balance and are not refundable except where required by law.
6. Staking Terms
Staking packages have a fixed term and fixed annual rate at the time you stake, snapshotted to your individual stake and unaffected by later rate changes to the package. Staked tokens are locked for the full term — early withdrawal is not available under any circumstances. Rewards accrue daily and are paid in LIVON to your account balance.
7. Referral Program
The referral program pays commission in LIVON, at published rates, to up to two levels of sponsor when a referred user stakes. Commission rates, structure, and eligibility are subject to change for future stakes and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion; changes do not retroactively affect commissions already credited.
8. Withdrawals
Only open (unstaked) LIVON may be withdrawn, and only after your KYC has been verified. You are solely responsible for providing a correct destination wallet address on the correct network (BEP-20 / BNB Smart Chain). We are not responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect address or an unsupported network.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: providing false identity information; attempting to circumvent KYC or referral rules; using the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; or attempting to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.
10. Risk Disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and involve significant risk, including the possible total loss of funds. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Regulatory treatment of tokens like LIVON may change and could affect your ability to use, hold, or transfer it. You accept these risks by using the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including branding, graphics, and text, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses related to token price volatility, network fees, or blockchain network failures.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, to be specified prior to launch.
